Bolton at Home is working to meet the housing needs of customers by developing and implementing an active asset management strategy, investing a minimum of £19m annually in homes to help create strong and flourishing communities. The association is looking to increase the range of housing options for our current and future customers and provide a bedrock for strong places by providing 1050 new homes by April 2023.
