Governance Process

OSHA is committed to providing a transparent and well managed programme of development and project deployment for all stakeholders.

A full governance process and legal framework has been set up and a “heads of terms” (HoT) developed to ensure that all partners and stakeholders are fully aware of the protocols, the investment control, public procurement process, the onboarding of all partners, financial control, management of assets and anything else that exists within the alliance as it builds it assets and presence for supporting all parties involved.

The alliance requires a strict governance process to ensure both transparency and fairness across all operations and to provide maximum opportunity for all stakeholders involved in the collaboration.
